Our Staff

Doctor Rubino's Staff includes specially trained individuals who can make your periodontal experience as pleasant as possible.  Our Doctor Coordinator helps you to schedule appropriate times for your treatment procedures with Dr. Rubino.  Part of your treatment involves an appointment with the dental hygienist. 

To do this efficiently, our Hygiene Coordinator schedules your deep scaling appointments during active treatment with a dental hygienist and then after all of the treatment has been completed, she also schedules your periodontal maintenance (cleaning)  which is recommended in order to keep your periodontal health. 

Any concerns that you may have regarding insurance, or any financial arrangements can be answered by our Financial Coordinator. 

In order for us to give you the highest quality of periodontal care, it is important that Dr. Rubino, your general dentist and you, the patient work together as a team therefore a dental transcriptionist helps Dr. Rubino to facilitate efficient correspondence among all who is involved. 

We have a three registered nurses who assist him during his periodontal procedures. 

Two registered dental hygienists prepare you for  your periodontal surgery through  education and deep scaling  (if needed) and then helps you maintain your periodontal health during your periodontal maintenance (cleaning).
