Insurance

Before any treatment is rendered, Dr. Rubino will provide you with a pre-treatment estimate which will include the costs for the procedure. 

Quality care is of the utmost importance to you, the patient and Dr. Rubino chose not to participate in any insurance programs.  If we joined in these programs, their fee structure would be such that we will not be able to keep up with the quality care that you need and deserve.  

However, as a benefit to you, if you have insurance, a pre-estimate will be sent electronically to your insurance company and they will let you know what your insurance policy covers.  After treatment is rendered, we will file your insurance and any balance remaining on your account after insurance payment has been received is your responsibility.   Insurance matters are often complicated, so if you have any questions regarding your coverage, please feel free to talk to our financial coordinator.
