On Manatee Avenue:

            From I-75:

                            1.   Take Exit 220--Rt. 64 (also Manatee Avenue)
                            2.   Drive approximately 8 to 10 miles to 59th Street West
                                (the traffic light before 59th is at 51st)
                            3.   Turn left onto 59th Street and go to 2nd traffic light which is 17th Avenue
                            4.   Turn right onto 17th Avenue and look for 3rd driveway on the left.
                            5.   Turn left into driveway marked as 1906 Blake Dental Park
                            6.   We are the 1st building (rectangular) on your right.  Drive
                                 around to the front of the building.

            From the Beaches:
                            1.   Turn right onto 59th Street West
                            2.   Follow directions from #3 thru #6 above

On Cortez Avenue:

        From Rt. 41:
                            1.   Drive 3 to 4 miles to 59th Street West (Publix Plaza on right)
                            2.   Turn right onto 59th Street and go to 3rd traffic light which is
                                 17th Avenue.
                            3.   Turn left onto 17th Avenue and look for 3rd driveway on the left
                            4.   Turn left into driveway marked as 1906 Blake Dental Park
                            5.   We are the 1st building (rectangular) on your right.  Drive
                                 around to the front of the building.

        From the Beaches:
                            1.   Turn left onto 59th Street West and go to 3ed traffic light which is 17th
                                 Avenue.
                            2.   Follow directions from #3 thru #5 above
