On Manatee Avenue:
From I-75:
1. Take Exit 220--Rt. 64 (which is also Manatee Avenue)
2. Drive approximately 8 to 10 miles to 59th Street West
(the traffic light before 59th is at 51st Street West)
3. Turn left onto 59th Street and go to 2nd traffic light which
is 17th Avenue West
4. Turn right onto 17th Avenue West and look for 3rd driveway on
the left.
5. Turn left into driveway marked as 1906 Blake Dental
Park
6. We are the 1st building (rectangular) on your
right. Drive
around to the front of the building.
On Cortez Road:
From Rt. 41 (Tamiami Trail):
1. Drive 3 to 4 miles to 59th Street West (Publix Plaza on
right)
2. Turn right onto 59th Street and go to 3rd traffic light
which is
17th Avenue West.
3. Turn left onto 17th Avenue West and look for 3rd driveway on
the left
4. Turn left into driveway marked as 1906 Blake Dental
Park
5. We are the 1st building (rectangular) on your
right. Drive
around to the front of the building.

1. Take Exit #217 and merge westbound onto SR 70
2. Drive approximately one mile west and turn left onto 63rd Street East
(at BBT Bank & Taco Bell)
3. Take a right into first driveway (behind BBT Bank)
Enter the River Landings Medical Plaza
4. Take a left into parking lot
5. We are the first office on the right side of the complex: 5460-C 63rd Street East
From SR 70:(Please note that we are located west of the interstate.)
1. Turn onto 63rd Street East (at BBT Bank & Taco Bell)
2. Take a right into first driveway (behind BBT Bank)
Enter the River Landings Medical Plaza
3. Take a left into parking lot
4. We are the first office on the right side of the complex: 5460-C 63rd Street East
